If you need to reset a user account password at Tom's Web Hosting or for one on your own websites...
- Go to the URL < http://your.domain.name.here/accounts/password/reset/ >. For Tom's Web Hosting the URL is < http://www.tomsWebHosting.com/accounts/password/reset/ >.
- Enter the user account email address in the E-mail address field.
- Click on the Reset my password button.
The Password reset successful webpage is displayed describing that you will receive further instructions via email shortly.
- When the email arrives read it and click on the included link.
The Password reset webpage is displayed in your webbrowser.
- Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm password fields.
- Click on the Change my password button.
The Password reset complete webpage is displayed.
- Click on the Log in link and log in as you would normally.
